Faruk Ilik (iletişim: [email protected]). Ekibin nöbet listesini kuran yönetici, ekibe eklediği bilgilerden (ör. elle eklenen kişiler, kişiye özel notlar) kendisi de sorumludur.

Hangi bilgileri tutuyoruz

  • Hesap: e-posta adresiniz ve şifreniz (şifre yalnızca şifrelenmiş hâliyle saklanır). Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsanız yalnızca bu hizmetlerin bizimle paylaştığı ad ve e-posta adresini alırız.
  • Profil: adınız ve unvanınız.
  • Ekip: hangi ekiplerde olduğunuz, rolünüz (üye/yönetici), kıdem grubunuz ve yetkinlikleriniz.
  • İstekler: çalışmak istediğiniz, istemediğiniz, çalışamadığınız ve izinli olduğunuz günler; yazarsanız kısa açıklamanız.
  • Nöbet listeleri, nöbet değişimleri ve uygulama içi bildirimler.
  • Yöneticinin sizin için girdiği kişiye özel kurallar ve notlar.

Lütfen sağlık bilgisi yazmayın

Uygulama sağlık bilgisi istemez. İstek açıklamalarına ve kişiye özel notlara hastalık, gebelik gibi sağlık bilgileri yazmamanızı rica ederiz; "kişisel nedenle" yazmak yeterlidir. Örneğin "anjiyoya girmesin" kuralı, nedeni yazılmadan tanımlanabilir.

Neden ve hangi hukuki sebeple

Bu bilgileri yalnızca nöbet listesinin hazırlanması ve paylaşılması, nöbet değişimleri ve ilgili bildirimler için kullanırız. Hukuki sebep: hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olması (KVKK m.5/2-c) ve ekibin nöbet düzenini kurmadaki meşru menfaati (KVKK m.5/2-f). Bilgilerinizi reklam, satış ya da profil çıkarma amacıyla kullanmayız.

Kimler görür

  • Ekibinizin yöneticileri: istekleriniz, kurallarınız ve listedeki yeriniz.
  • Ekip arkadaşlarınız: yalnızca adınız, grubunuz ve yayınlanmış listedeki nöbetleriniz. İsteklerinizi ve notlarınızı göremezler.
  • Bilgileriniz üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz; yalnızca uygulamanın çalıştığı altyapı sağlayıcıları (veritabanı, e-posta ve barındırma hizmeti) bunları hizmetin sunulması için işler.

Nerede saklanır

Bilgiler Supabase altyapısında, Avrupa Birliği – İrlanda (Dublin) veri merkezinde, şifreli bağlantı ile saklanır. Sunucu yurt dışında olduğundan bu, KVKK m.9 kapsamında yurt dışına aktarım sayılır; hesap açarak buna onay vermiş olursunuz.

Ne kadar saklanır, nasıl silinir

Bilgiler hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece saklanır. Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile hesabınızı istediğiniz an silebilirsiniz: e-posta adresiniz, şifreniz, istekleriniz, kişiye özel kurallarınız ve bildirimleriniz silinir. Daha önce yayınlanmış nöbet listelerinde adınız, ekibin kaydı olarak kalır (elle eklenmiş bir kişi gibi); ekibin yöneticisi bunu da silebilir.

Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 uyarınca bilgilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarara uğramanız hâlinde giderilmesini isteme hakkınız vardır. Başvuru için: [email protected].

Cihazınızda saklananlar

Uygulama cihazınızda yalnızca oturumunuzu, dil tercihinizi ve kapattığınız rehber kartlarını tutar. Reklam veya takip çerezi kullanılmaz.

Who is responsible

Faruk Ilik (contact: [email protected]). A team's admin is also responsible for what they add to the team (people added by hand, personal notes).

What we keep

  • Account: your email and password (the password only in encrypted form). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only the name and email address they share with us.
  • Profile: your name and title.
  • Teams: which teams you are in, your role (member/admin), your group and skills.
  • Requests: days you want, would rather not, can't work or are on leave, and a short reason if you write one.
  • Rosters, swaps and in-app notifications.
  • Personal rules and notes your admin sets for you.

Please don't write health details

The app doesn't ask for health information. Please keep illness, pregnancy and similar details out of request reasons and personal notes; "personal reasons" is enough. A rule like "not in the cath lab" works without saying why.

Why, and on what basis

We use this only to make and share rosters, handle swaps and send related notifications: because the service needs it, and in the team's legitimate interest in organising its duties (KVKK art. 5/2-c and f; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We never use it for advertising, selling or profiling.

Who sees it

  • Your team's admins: your requests, rules and place on the roster.
  • Your teammates: only your name, group and duties on published rosters, never your requests or notes.
  • Nothing is shared with third parties; only the providers the app runs on (database, email and hosting) process it to provide the service.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase in the EU – Ireland (Dublin), over encrypted connections. For users in Turkey this is a transfer abroad under KVKK art. 9, which you agree to by creating an account.

How long, and how to delete it

As long as your account exists. Delete it any time in Settings → Delete my account: your email, password, requests, personal rules and notifications are deleted. On rosters already published your name stays as the team's record (like someone added by hand); the team's admin can remove that too.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, have it corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage (KVKK art. 11; GDPR art. 15–21). Contact: [email protected].

Stored on your device

Only your session, your language and the guide cards you closed. No advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Teams: Mitgliedschaften, Rolle, Gruppe und Qualifikationen.
  • Wünsche: Tage, an denen Sie gern, lieber nicht oder nicht arbeiten oder Urlaub haben, mit kurzer Begründung, falls angegeben.
  • Dienstpläne, Tausche und Benachrichtigungen.
  • Persönliche Regeln und Notizen, die die Administration für Sie anlegt.

Bitte keine Gesundheitsdaten

Die App fragt keine Gesundheitsdaten ab. Bitte tragen Sie keine Krankheit, Schwangerschaft o. Ä. in Begründungen oder Notizen ein; „persönliche Gründe“ genügt.

Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage

Nur zum Erstellen und Teilen von Dienstplänen, für Tausche und zugehörige Benachrichtigungen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO). Keine Werbung, kein Verkauf, kein Profiling.

Wer es sieht

  • Die Administration Ihres Teams: Ihre Wünsche, Regeln und Dienste.
  • Kolleginnen und Kollegen: nur Name, Gruppe und veröffentlichte Dienste.
  • Keine Weitergabe an Dritte außer an die technischen Dienstleister (Datenbank, E-Mail, Hosting).

Speicherort

Bei Supabase in der EU – Irland (Dublin), über verschlüsselte Verbindungen.

Speicherdauer und Löschen

Solange Ihr Konto besteht. Unter Einstellungen → Konto löschen jederzeit löschbar: E-Mail, Passwort, Wünsche, Regeln und Benachrichtigungen werden gelöscht. In veröffentlichten Plänen bleibt Ihr Name als Eintrag des Teams.

Ihre Rechte

Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 15–21, 77 DSGVO). Kontakt: [email protected].
