Rota4Med hesabınızı ve kişisel verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

Uygulamadan silme

  1. Rota4Med'i açın ve giriş yapın (rota4med.com/app).
  2. Ayarlar sekmesine gidin.
  3. En alttaki Hesabımı sil seçeneğine dokunun ve onaylayın.

Bir ekibin tek yöneticisiyseniz önce başka bir kişiyi yönetici yapmanız istenir.

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa

Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.

Neler silinir

  • E-posta adresiniz, şifreniz ve profil bilgileriniz
  • İstekleriniz, kişiye özel kurallarınız ve notlarınız
  • Bildirimleriniz

Neler kalır

Daha önce yayınlanmış nöbet listelerinde adınız, ekibin kaydı olarak kalır (elle eklenmiş bir kişi gibi). Ekibin yöneticisi bunu da silebilir. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Rota4Med account and personal data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Rota4Med and sign in (rota4med.com/app).
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.

If you are the only admin of a team, you will be asked to make someone else admin first.

Without access to the app

Send an e-mail from your registered address to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your e-mail address, password and profile
  • Your requests, personal rules and notes
  • Your notifications

What remains

On rosters already published, your name remains as the team's record (like someone added by hand); the team's admin can remove it too. Deletion cannot be undone.

Wenn Sie die einzige Administration eines Teams sind, werden Sie gebeten, zuvor eine andere Person zum Admin zu machen.

Ohne Zugang zur App

Senden Sie von Ihrer registrierten Adresse eine E-Mail an [email protected] mit dem Betreff „Antrag auf Kontolöschung“. Anträge werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen bearbeitet.

Was gelöscht wird

  • E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort und Profil
  • Wünsche, persönliche Regeln und Notizen
  • Benachrichtigungen

Was bleibt

In bereits veröffentlichten Plänen bleibt Ihr Name als Eintrag des Teams (wie eine von Hand hinzugefügte Person); die Administration des Teams kann ihn ebenfalls entfernen. Die Löschung kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
